CISM Assisting Individuals in Crisis 2 Day Course

Sometimes the weight of the work shows up in ways that are hard to carry alone. Individual sessions provide a confidential space to process difficult experiences, manage stress, and regain clarity. Support is tailored to the unique demands of first responder and military life, helping individuals stay strong both on and off duty.

After a difficult call or critical incident, teams often benefit from structured time to process what happened together. Group crisis support provides a guided environment where members can talk through the experience, understand common stress reactions, and begin to reset as a team. The goal is to strengthen recovery, cohesion, and readiness moving forward. .
