Meet Bowser: A Steady Presence
Why Canine Assisted Therapy?
For many first responders, military members, and leaders, it can be easier to talk through difficult experiences when there is a grounded, non‑judgmental presence in the room. Canine Assisted Therapy helps lower stress levels, reduce anxiety, and create a more relaxed environment.
Time with our canine may include sitting beside you during a session, guided grounding exercises, or simply having a calm companion present while you talk.
Individuals working through trauma or stress
Clients who feel tense or on edge in sessions
Teams during trainings or group discussions
Special events focused on resilience and wellness

Bowser is fun and respectful and yes, a little slobbery. He loves to be a part of events and especially loves kids. Because his well-being comes first, if he is not doing well a visit may have to be rescheduled.
